I hate to cook and when daughter recommended this rice cooker I wasn't sure I wanted to make this investment in another kitchen gadget. But I use this rice cooker to make my morning oatmeal. I prepare it the night before, set the timer and yum, hot, good for you, stonecut oatmeal the next day. It's so easy, even I make the effort and take all the praise! Clean-up is easy and quick. I found it well worth the price.
